Welcome to Dawny’s Daycare, we are a private and independent children’s nursery located in Addlestone (Next to Chertsey Fire Station), Surrey. We are a nursery for ages 3 months to 5 years. Our ethos is simple – To provide Healthy, Happy, Learning!
The House Keeping Role will keep maintain the smooth running of the Kitchen and ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the setting.
Purpose of post:
- To provide a high standard of cleaning throughout the kitchen and contribute to high standards of cleaning throughout the nursery.
- Prepare all nutritional snacks following the weekly nursery menus and evening fruit provided by the nursery.
- Receive meals from Slice of pie and assist dishing up with the Room Leaders/Managers.
- To understand and implement the core values within the company.
- Work as a team with the rest of the nursery and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.
- Liaise with nursery manager/deputy with regards to ordering products and or food.
Key areas:
- To comply with all the organisation’s policies and procedures
- To attend training as required, and complete all assignments set
- To work as part of the staff team.
- To liaise with and support the deputy manager/manager.
Responsible to: Deputy Manager/ Manager
