Due to the very high demand for The Company’s homecare services, they are looking for reliable hard-working members of staff for the Harrogate, Selby, York and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be carrying out the daily care duties in the clients’ homes including; assisting them with personal care, providing physical and mental stimulation and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Responsible for delivering high quality person centred support; enabling their independence in a safe, non-judgemental and positive environment. Ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and in line with the Care Quality Commission Standards.
As someone who is truly caring you will make sure that all the clients’ general wellbeing and independence is at the heart of everything you do, giving them choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
What you’ll need:
Training will be given to standard of NVQ2 if not already qualified. You must have a full driving licence and car for travelling to different areas.
You must be over the age of 18.
Hours can be negotiated, salary linked to hours worked.
