The role:
There is a huge ongoing demand for our services due to the quality of care that we provide and as a result of this, we are now recruiting for caring and compassionate Home Care Assistants to cover:
We are offering you the opportunity to work as part of a caring, dedicated and compassionate team of people who wake up in the morning to make a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable people.
All staff are required to work alternate weekends or one permanent Sat/Sun to ensure fairness to all employees and make sure you get time off to spend with family.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Delivering person-led, clinically-assisted plans designed to help our service users fulfil their potential, be self-sufficient and turn their dreams into reality!
- Assisting our service users to access the community for social activities such as shopping, bingo or hospital appointments.
- Providing personal care, assistance with domestic duties where required and also meal preparation.
- Developing positive, respectful and compassionate relationships with the people that we support, focussing on their strengths as individuals.
Due to the nature of domiciliary care and having to travel between client’s homes, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance of these locations.
