Job Title: Hire Desk Administrator

Salary: £23,000 – plus bonus

Job Purpose:
An administrative role to assist in the day to day running of a busy hire desk. This is an office based role.
Key Duties:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Ensuring all hire contract administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner including arranging all “on” and “off” hire’s
- Diarise day to day entries of all on and off hires
- Arranging transport and co-ordinate drivers’ schedules required for any hire and sales deliveries
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve any customer issues
- General ad-hoc administrative duties
About you:
- Good eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good team player
- Previous experience of CRM programme an advantage
- Previous hire or construction industry experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
