Job Title: HGV Class 1 / HIAB Operator
Location: Nazeing, Essex
Salary: £33,345 per year
Job type: Full time – 45hr week Mon-Fri 7am- 5pm
We are a FORS Silver accredited Specialist Transport company that works in all sectors from Construction, Rail, Security, Manufacturing and more – delivering our Stop Block concrete security barriers and customers goods nationally. The Role:
- You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement and delivery of our barriers and our customers’ products.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately with attention to detail.
- Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times.
- Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Class 1/HGV1 licence
- Current driver CPC and Digi tacho card.
- No more than 3 points on licence.
- A HIAB/Crane licence with recent experience.
- Flexibility on working hours.
- Over 25 years old (due to insurance requirements)
- A good geographical knowledge an advantage
- ALLMI licence preferred, but not essential
The Candidate:
- Candidates must have a Class 1 (C+E )`clean` licence, current driver CPC and HIAB / crane licence.
Potential uplifts:
- Night out – £26.20
- Early start (pre 07:00) and Saturday rate of £19.30 per hr
