Job Title: Healthcare Solicitor (Advisory & Litigation)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience + phone + laptop + bonuses + benefits

About the role:
As a Healthcare Solicitor, you will be working in the legal team capitalising on your wealth of healthcare and commercial experience, dealing with client services on an advisory and litigation basis.
The role involves client management and undertaking healthcare work including patient complaints, SUI and Ombudsman investigations and a variety of other health legislation and defendant clinical negligence matters.
Your work will bring about positive word of mouth recommendations and allow the opportunity for the company to cross sell products and services as a one stop solution to our client’s needs.
About you:
A minimum of 3 years PQE. Experience as a solicitor in healthcare work is strongly desired, along with prior experience as a head of department at a previous law firm
This role requires a host of skills including:
- Operational
- Strategy
- Problem solving
- IT
- Excellent people skills are required to be considered for this position
- Experience of working with NHS Resolution, public and private organisations is essential
