The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources department at University College Birmingham as the Head of Human Resources at an exciting time as we move to develop a brand new HR Strategy.
University College Birmingham is a unique Further and Higher Education institution in the heart of the City centre, specialising in vocational courses from Patisserie to Theatrical Hair and Make-Up. We have a unique collaborative partnership with the University of Warwick and excellent facilities having invested c£140 million in new teaching and support function facilities over recent years.
In order to continue to grow and develop the University is looking for the right candidate to assist the Executive Management Team in developing a strategy to support in the development of a dynamic and inclusive work force, grow a passionate and loyal employee base and develop future leaders in order to meet the University’s goals.
Candidate Requirements:
You will have a Level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and significant experience in a leadership role; with the ability to evidence experience in developing and implementing HR strategy.
