About the Role:

As the Head of Continuous Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in linking customer insights to service design, ensuring that we continuously innovate, improve, and offer best-in-class services through process optimisation and service enhancements. This is an exciting role within our business, and you will have the opportunity to shape and structure the function while creating a unique ROI for our current and future clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business, encouraging employees to strive for excellence in all aspects of their work
  • Lead projects across the business, both in operational and non-operational environments
  • Identify opportunities and challenges and manage continuous improvement projects
  • Define the business structure of projects and effectively collaborate with various teams, including operations, solutions, and business development
  • Direct and oversee all project activities within the Kaizen phases, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and conduct formal project reviews to monitor progress and ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a contact centre environment, preferably in a BPO setting (although not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated previous practical experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

As the Head of CI, you will have the chance to contribute to our ongoing success by enabling us to adapt, evolve, and stay competitive in a rapidly changing business landscape. Occasional travel may be required to support our accounts and collaborate with various teams.
