The Position:
We are looking for proactive staff members who are passionate about working in the industry and delivering high quality gardens and outdoor spaces.
Skilled hard landscapers / tradespersons will support our project leaders on site, often completing tasks independently as part of a wider team and helping to train junior operatives.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including show gardens, residential and commercial gardens. This role will suit someone that embraces a challenging but rewarding job, loves working in the great outdoors and being part of an enthusiastic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a range of projects including show gardens, residential and commercial gardens
- Liaising with clients, designers, the operations team, and members of the public
- Setting out works from scaled drawings
- Working effectively both with the team and independently to deliver exceptional gardens and outdoor spaces
The Candidate:
- 2 years’ experience in hard/soft landscaping or other trades with transferable skills i.e paving, stone masonry, carpentry, tiling, irrigation, turfing, fencing, bricklaying, groundworks, machinery operation and rendering
- Punctuality and reliability, working in teams means working together
- You will be an ambassador for the company so professionalism and discretion is key
- Full UK Driving licence and means of transportation
- Right to live and work in the UK
