Job Title: Group Sales Manager
Location: Burnley
Salary: Basic Salary of £52,000 and a potential bonus of £40k
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 18:00, with occasional weekend availability when required.

Steadplan are a group of Privately owned MAN Dealerships in Burnley, Rochdale and Leeds. We are now looking for an experienced sales manager who is tenacious, enthusiastic and comfortable taking responsibility for performance and lead development, to work predominantly from our Burnley facility located on the Lomeshaye Industrial Estate in Nelson. We stock a wide range of vans including MAN, Ford, Renault and Toyota. We also carry out our own in-house conversions in our dedicated two-bay conversion centre. We have a prestigious newly-built showroom to display our vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure showroom and vehicle display areas are neat and tidy
- Ensure sales team are fully motivated and correctly targeted
- Ensure targets are met
- Ensure sales processes are fully adhered to
- Actively promote the products
- Ensure profit sheets are raised and passed to accounts within 24 hours of deal being signed
- Ensure sales team are controlled to ensure daily prospecting activity and follow-up targets are achieved
- To comply with FCA Regulations and Procedures
