The role:
We are currently looking for a Group Finance Director to join our Company.
The Candidate:
- A successful background of integration of acquisitions, business analysis and problem solving is essential.
- The applicant needs to come from a background that has experience of mergers and acquisitions and ideally been through successful business turn around projects.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record that includes managing a large finance function in a business that operates in multiple geographic regions.
- Current turnover is in excess of £30M and includes a high volume of transactions and multiple business applications.
- A good understanding of technology is needed to be considered for the role. The renumeration package is negotiable.
