Job Title: Green Belt Project Manager
Location: Basildon – (covering the SE) – Role will be remote.
Salary: (Negotiable) Up to £50,000 per year
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.

The Role:
We are looking for a successful and energetic Project Manager to join the team. This is the perfect role for someone who is an excellent communicator, that cares about the details and can motivate others. The role is primarily remote but will require some travel to different sites across the UK (London and Essex). The main duties of this role include:
- Delivery of transformation within the business and across the range of services we provide, using their professional experience as well as the appropriate methodology skills and tools (for example APM PMQ, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma)
- Management of projects and programmes; including developing and implementing plans, providing accurate and concise progress reports, and demonstrating an understanding of the issues and actions necessary to ensure success.
- Working with managers to identify, develop and implement business improvement opportunities across SYNLAB UK’s laboratory network
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience of successfully implementing complex change within an organisation
- Evidence of intermediate level skills in MS Office
- Lean certification – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
