Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus generous uncapped commission OTE £50,000 – £60,000

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an office-based Graduate Sales Executive to join our brand-new Internal Sales team, working from our head office in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester.
Reporting to our Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our Internal Sales function.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attain and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the business, our services, our clients and the wider industry – become a market expert
- Manage and expand our Prospect database, prospecting new clients via LinkedIn and other online networking channels, cold-calling etc
- Attract new clients from a variety of sectors and referral partners to use Counting King as their Partner of choice
- Maintain a wide network of clients and referral partners, managing these relationships with professionalism and passion
- Recognise and respond to changing client needs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage inbound queries from new and existing clients in a timely manner
- Deliver on KPIs as set by the business
- Work cohesively with other departments to ensure clients receive best possible service
The Ideal Candidate:
- Some experience with or an interest in Sales / Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with clients
- Strong work-ethic, self-motivated and proactive, with a results-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Interest in financial services
- Interest in other sectors (outside of financial services)
