Job Title: Graduate Project Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Per Annum (depending on age/experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
We are a family-based company with over 30 years’ experience in Build and Design work keen to recruit a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our busy Manchester team.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, while also supporting the organisation’s overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, either through coursework or work experience
- Keen to learn new things and develop skills and competence
- Must be reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
