The Role:
We are looking to employ a Graduate who wants to ultimately work in Account Management within our Branded Sales Department. The successful graduate will undergo a 1 year training programme learning the Company’s processes and functions in procurement, manufacturing, Sales & Operational Planning, Supply Chain and Sales and Marketing, in order to have a full understanding how to best service our customers and fully develop into the Account Executive role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to achieve a broad knowledge of Food Manufacturing and develop new and existing business opportunities. Good potential career progression once training is completed, and with a proven strong business acumen can progress to become an Account Manager.
Graduate Account Executive Responsibilities in Training:
- Provide support to specific departments to gain understanding of the different business units
- Develop good working relationships across business functions
- Be seconded to different departments and different locations (3 UK locations) to learn more about the intricacies of the business
Graduate Account Executive Responsibilities Post Training:
- Work closely with existing Account Managers and Commercial Manager to develop Market knowledge and Account Management skills
- Develop sales of the Ebro groups full portfolio of Branded products to designated accounts
- Ultimately deliver both existing and future Business Plans
- To create an agreed annual sales plan
- Liaising with procurement personnel and maintain contact with supply sources
- Ultimately, take full P&L responsibility for account base, with focus on control of currency and costing awareness using the knowledge gained from working with different departments.

- Graduate, ideally in but not limited to, either Business Management or Marketing
- Proactive and positive attitude

- Ambitious individual with the drive to produce results, demonstrate professionalism, confidence and motivation
