Job Title: Good Practice Assessor

The Organisation are the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK. They bring dentists together, support their members through advice and education, and represent their interests. This is a challenging and dynamic period for dentistry and the Organisation is recruiting a Good Practice Assessor within their busy Learning and Professional Development team.
Role Overview:
- Focus on promoting organisation’s Good Practice as a proven programme for developing practice systems
- Fostering good working relationships and improving communications within the practice and with patents
- Act as a main point of contact for practices working through the Scheme and applying for and renewing membership
- Be responsible for core administration of organisation’s Good Practice and managing a programme of onsite assessment
- Provide guidance and support to prospective and existing member practices in meeting the requirements of the scheme and applying for and renewing membership of the scheme
- Work with Head of Good Practice and other team members to develop and maintain systems for managing membership renewals to achieve maximum retention, extract reports from the database and communicate with renewing practices, as required
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the principles and purpose of their Good Practice and how membership of the scheme is achieved
The successful Candidate will have/ be:
- Proven understanding of dental practice management and desire to provide high level of service to their member
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of professionals at all levels
- Including strong writing skills and ability to produce reports
- Good IT skills with particular reference to MS Office and working with databases
