The Role:
They are recruiting for an experienced project manager with a background in the construction industry who is fluent in German and English. This role will be responsible for multiple, simultaneous mezzanine construction projects, across geographical locations in Germany and other European regions, all at varying stages of the project lifecycle.
This will involve the day-to-day management of projects, with communication across all departments, with direct responsibility for contract delivery planning, programming of works, carrying out site meetings, procurement of labour and materials, and project handover, therefore you will be willing to travel.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- SMSTS
- Computer literate
- Full driving licence
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to lead and effectively deliver against targets
- Ability and willingness to travel

You will be required to travel within Germany to fulfil the role obligations when required, generally working from their offices in Cologne, Germany. However on non-travel days the business is flexible on location, ideally you will be able to work from their offices in West Malling, Kent but working from home will also be considered.
