Job Title: General Restaurant Manager
Location: SHORYU, Oxford.
Salary: £35,500-£37,000 + £2,000 BONUS*
Working hours: Needs to be Fully flexible, 5 days a week, including weekends and weekdays.

The role:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering from suppliers, optimize profits and ensure that customer needs are met throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
As General Manager, you will take full accountability for your restaurant, your Team Members, setting the restaurant’s agenda, fulfilling the SHORYU plan and growing business.
*Successful candidates will receive a £500 bonus after 3 months with us, and an additional £500 bonus after 6 months with us, AND £1,000 after 12 months with us.
