Job Title: Gas Service Engineer
Location: Exmouth
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000
Job type: Full Time, Mon-Fri, Permanent

The Role:
The candidate should be capable of working independently, be efficient and well organised, be capable of undertaking routine boiler servicing, fault finding, maintenance, heating and plumbing repairs, and be able to use a designed company structure and following protocols. A company van for work use provided
Building relationships and working well with a team is important, having good communication skills both with company colleagues and customers is essential.
The Candidate:
- Plumbing/heating: 3-5 years
- Gas Safe
- Driving License (Required)
- Self-motived, ability to manage own workload, proactive in your work approach and courteous to clients
- Respectful to clients’ properties and ensure the best possible customer experience
- Must have relevant gas qualifications

- Working in Exmouth Budleigh Salterton and Exeter Areas
- Great customer skills
- Able to work with a small team and undertake a wide variety of duties
- Routine gas boiler and small appliance servicing
- Landlord gas safety certificates
- Boiler repairs
- Small plumbing repairs and maintenance
