Job Title: Gas Safe Engineer (Domestic / Residential)

Lazard Plumbing Heating and Gas is a specialised contractor providing premium installations and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in East London and the Havering area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Boiler breakdowns, repairs, and reactive maintenance of residential heating installations
- Complete boiler and central heating installations for private properties
- Providing excellent customer service
Essential Requirements:
- 10 year’s experience in plumbing and central heating installations
- Clean full UK driving licence
- Own Van (fuel allowance)
- Gas Safe registered
- Experienced in central heating installations; understand design and details
- Experienced in underfloor heating installations; understand different systems and design elements
Skills:
- Boiler and general central heating installations and repairs
- Central heating wiring and controls
- Clear communicator
- Customer handling
- Problem-solving and decision making
