Job Title: Garden Maintenance Supervisor & Estimator
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum
Job type: Full time, Permanent (40 hours a week, Monday – Friday)

They currently have a vacancy for a Garden Maintenance Supervisor & Estimator to join their team. You will be tasked with visiting new & existing clients across Southern Hamp-shire and discussing their Garden Maintenance needs. Your aim is to convert their enquiries into live projects by providing them with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens.
You would then be in charge of organising your team, providing them with clear instructions to undertake the maintenance work and then oversee their workmanship.

The Candidate:
Essential
- Estimating and quoting work
- A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate (Word/Excel)
- Plant knowledge & identification including pest and disease
- Soft landscape & machinery experience
- Risk assessments and onsite health & safety
- Driving licence
Desirable
- Horticultural qualification
- PA1/PA6 spraying certificates
- NPTC chainsaw certificate of equivalent
- Garden design experience
