Job Title: Fulfilment and Stock Manager
Location: Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
Position: Full Time, Permanent (9:00 – 5:30, Monday – Friday)

They currently have an opportunity for a Fulfilment and Stock Manager to join during an exciting period of growth.
You will deal with fulfilment of customer orders, logistics, stock control and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality check goods before dispatch
- Update software on devices
- Fulfilment of customer orders, including packing and labelling
- Maintain stock levels and produce stock forecasts
- Produce purchase orders
- Produce reports regarding stock values
- Monitor profit and loss using system generated reports
- Liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to track shipments and obtain quotes when required
- Accept deliveries – checking for any signs of damage. Deliveries can include large pallets of goods
- Monitor job profit and loss using system generated reports
The Candidate:
Essential
- A-levels or Higher Education Degree/Diploma
- Experience of a project/job management system – ideally Simpro
- A good understanding of profit and loss along with the ability to report back to management
- Confident user of IT systems
- Able to perform risk assessments
- Have attended Handling training
Desirable
- Experienced in the use of a pallet wagon
- Experience of using a CRM system
