You could foster! The Organisation are urgently looking for amazing people who can help looked after children and make a positive difference to their lives.
They’re a family owned and run agency and are focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for the children in their care.
They need caring determined and resilient people from all walks of life to start their amazing journey in becoming career foster carers looking after children aged 0 – 18.
They’ll provide you with:
- Full training to start and ongoing training – no experience necessary
- 24/7 support from your local social worker who will be with you every step of the way
- Career progression opportunities for all the time you are with them
- As well as your allowances of £350 – £600* per week, per child you look after
- *Normally tax free, benefits not normally affected and dependent on experience.
- If you are single or married, have children or not, own your home or rent, working or unemployed – it doesn’t matter, you could foster
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- At least one spare bedroom in your home
- Be over the age of 21
- A desire to help a child, whatever their background
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is advantageous, although not essential.
The company aren’t really interested in CVs, it’s more about who you are as a person so if you could submit a short paragraph about why you’re interested in the role and your contact details (specifically phone number) that would be ideal.
Candidates with experience of or interest in the following may be particularly suited to the role: Fostering, Social Care, Child Care, Carer, Youth Care, Social Work, Foster Care Worker. Although anyone with a genuine interest would be suitable.
