Job Title: Boning Hall Production Operatives – Skilled/Semi-Skilled
Location: Lurgan
Salary: £16,500 – £27,000+

As one of the largest, local employers the Company is committed to supporting Lurgan and its surrounding towns and villages. They are currently looking for Production Operatives – skilled and semi-skilled to join their successful team within the boning hall. Candidates will be ideally suited to a fast paced food manufacturing environment and able to work as part of a team.
The Role
Skilled team members will be responsible for:
- Cutting, de-boning and preparing carcasses for further processing
- Boning and trimming the meat in line with customer/company specifications
- Maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible
- Undertake such duties as required in a safe and hygienic manner
Semi-skilled team members will be responsible for:
- Sorting, packing and labelling of products
- Undertake such duties as required in a safe and hygienic manner
As a Boning Hall Production Operative you will be involved in the production of meat products for consumption as such personal hygiene is extremely important and you will be expected to pay close attention to this along with other Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations.
The Candidate:

- Good practical skills
- Teamwork skills
- Good communication skills
- A high standard of personal cleanliness
- Knife skills and experience are advantageous but not essential
