Job Title: Flexographic Printer, Assistants and Technicians
Location: Haslingden
Salary: £24,648 to £28,756, based on skills, relevant experience, and shift pattern. This includes a Weekend Shift Allowance of 1.5 on basic pay hours worked Friday night.

The Role:
To print on one or all of our four presses, ranging from 4 colour stack press to 8 colour CI press. Mount printing plates as required, and ideally the ability to quickly colour match in. To operate equipment as effectively as possible and to contribute to the shift meeting demands in terms of production, waste, quality, housekeeping and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Meet production targets and customer deadlines
- Complete required production paperwork
- Complete daily checks
- Follow Safe Working Practices
- Adhere to Health & Safety and environmental procedures and regulations
The Person:
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure
- A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good practical skills
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping
Knowledge, Training and Experience required
- Ideally with previous print experience of working within the flexible packaging industry
- Health and Safety Awareness
- Quality Awareness
Shift Pattern:
- Rotating 3-week pattern, working rotating days and nights (with no Saturdays or Sundays). Hours from 07:00/19:00 to 19:00/07:00, average 38 hours
