Job Title: Finance & Office Administrator

Location: BN15 8TU

Salary: £23,400 pro rata

Job type: Full Time / permanent – 30 hrs per week

Team Commitment:

To support with a wide range of tasks within the finance and operations function, from credit control to client queries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reconciling BACS payments to the correct customer account. Banking & reconciling cheques. Requesting remittance advices if required.
  • Credit control – assisting with aged debt.
  • Customer credit card payments reconciled.
  • Petty cash reconciliation.
  • Owner of Accounts inbox. Ensure that all incoming emails are promptly dealt with.
  • Filing & other administrative tasks.
  • Answer incoming customer calls.

Other:

  • Out of office support as required.
  • Any other duties as requested.

KPI’s:

  • Accounts email inbox contains no unanswered emails older than 24 hours.
  • Customer payments reconciled within 48 hours.
  • % of Invoices older than 60 and 90 days vs total debt.
