About the role:
We are looking for the ultimate all-rounder. Someone that can balance the high attention to detail needed to ensure we invoice the right customer the right amount at the right time, with the communication skills that will ensure strong relationships with our sales team and communication with our customers. You will own the creation of billing runs, pursue overdue debts and outstanding purchase orders required to raise invoices and process some accounting transactions in support of the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up accounts for new customers and making changes to existing accounts in our software administration platform and accounting system.
- Raising accurate and timely invoices to our customers for Direct Debit collection.
- Raising ad hoc high value invoices and ensuring revenue is recognised at the right time in the accounting system.
- Managing our run rate revenue, understanding what we are currently charging key customers and revenue streams and what agreed pricing changes arise in the future and key user metrics around those.
- Monitoring contract renewals to ensure that the sales team obtain purchase orders in a timely manner from customers and we can invoice in a timely manner.
- Pursuing outstanding debt with customers over email and telephone.
- Creating metric reports relating to revenues.
- Assist in recording and reconciling certain month end accounting entries in support of the Finance Manager.

Qualifications Required:
- Good level of IT literacy including knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel).
- Qualification through exams or experience in bookkeeping
Experience required:
- A background in sales administration or finance ideally in a B2B service company.
