Job Title: Field Service Engineer

The company are looking for an experience forklift Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting role within a progressive company. You will be working as a forklift Field Service Engineer to provide maintenance and repair of client’s diesel, electric and LPG forklifts on their premises.
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment / forklift trucks to a high standard whilst providing excellent customer service.
Task Include:
- To effectively support customers with materials handling equipment, maintenance and repair activities in line with their expectations
- Carry out effective preventative maintenance to minimise unplanned breakdowns.
- Create reports identifying any problems and further work required
- Communication with the customer to agree remedial actions where necessary.
- Provide information where necessary to the depot to raise a quotation for remedial actions.
- Manage work load and prioritise jobs according to customer demands.
To apply for the role, you will need to be an experienced Forklift Field Service Engineer having worked on various makes and models of forklift trucks. You will also need to be a time served tradesman with the ability to work independently.
