Job title: Field Service Engineers
Location: Andover area – Home-based but reporting to the Head Office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full time, Permanent

The Company are looking for a number of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who can rise to a challenge. Ideally, you will have some knowledge or experience within the industry, but full product training will be provided, so more importantly they want qualified engineers who are motivated and can bring skills and attributes that will help support and grow the business.
Based in Gloucestershire, they are one of the leading independent x-ray equipment suppliers to the UK and Ireland. The Company’s range of medical imaging systems include general X-ray, fluoroscopic, surgical c-arms, mobile, direct digital imaging solutions, as well as dental imaging equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide field service engineering support for the installation, routine servicing and repair of all products, both onsite and remotely.
- To work with the product specialists and service management team to enable a continual improvement in the company’s performance and products.
- Achieve a high level of first time repair.
- Travel is an integral part of the role.
Key Requirements:
- HNC/HND in electronics or equivalent.
- Extended field service experience or proven Medical or X-ray engineering experience.
- Articulate, professional, well-presented and with good customer facing skills.
- Must be able to prepare reports and other documentation to a very high level and be methodical and accurate.
