United Response may have the perfect role for you if that’s the case! We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our excellent supported living service in Calne as a Support Worker.
This service currently supports one fantastically personable lady who enjoys the independence that comes with living in her own home. It’s critical that we continue to work with the person we support to enable her to live the life she chooses and as a Support Worker you would be a key part of that mission.
The Job?
As a Support Worker your role will involve:
- Helping with daily chores such as cooking and cleaning
- Administering medication
- Providing active support
- Personal care
- Accompanying individuals on leisure activities and into the community
- Dealing with some behaviours that challenge
The person needed:
Whilst we aren’t necessarily looking for someone with previous experience, we do require that candidates have good understanding of social care. You should embody United Response’s aim to provide the very highest level of care to the person we support and always do so with a smile on your face.
The needs of this service do require the successful applicant to hold a full drivers licence with access to your own vehicle.
