Job Title: Facilities Manager

Salary: Band 7 (£28,672 – £32,234)
Job type: Full Time (37 hours a week)

NCEA Trust has a unique opportunity for an experienced person to undertake the role of Facilities Manager to be based at our largest site in Ashington.
The role:
To support the Director of Health and Safety & Estates ensuring the maintenance, health & safety and security of all trust facilities is maintained. Undertake administrative, financial and organisational processes associated with this role including liaison with Human Resources and Headteachers. Provide effective line management and support to the caretaking team.
Requirements:
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practice, and experience of managing H&S in a work environment
- Sound technical knowledge of building repairs and DIY ability
- Experience of working in a multi-site capacity
- Hold a current driving licence
- Candidates should be a person of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality while remaining impartial
- You should have a good eye for detail, be of a resilient nature and be able to remain positive in challenging circumstances
