Job Title: Lottery Sales Canvasser
Location: Kent and/or South East London
Salary: £16,380 per annum, circa £35,000 OTE
Position: Full Time / Part Time, Temporary or Permanent contracts available
Do you want to be part of a successful sales-driven team?
They are looking for someone with face to face sales experience to promote their charity’s lottery.
- Direct sales position promoting membership at pre-selected events/sites/venues
- Excellent commission package (and basic salary if employed), plus fuel allowance
- Selling a weekly hospice lottery for £1 a week membership – no cash collection
- Flexible hours to suit
Key Responsibilities:
- Working to a standard as laid down by the Gambling Act 2005
- Having a positive approach to membership opportunities that arise and may be ongoing
- To work with other advisors ensuring standards of approach to potential members are met
- To ensure that all daily and weekly targets for membership are achieved
- To keep the Head of Lottery and Gaming informed of any changes of other lotteries within our area
Key Requirements:
Essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Good at building rapport
- Ability to work to a targeted role
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
Desirable
- Sales experience
Full training and charity induction will be given.
Both part time and full time positions are available on an employed or self-employed contract.
