Job Title: Experienced Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Faringdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £30K – £40K Per annum
Job Type: Full time (8-4.30 with 30 min lunch and 2 15 min breaks)
At 1st choice car and body repairs we specialise in classis car restoration and the sale of classic and period cars. With an unrivalled and vastly experienced team, we can undertake all manner of restoration works.
We are seeking an experienced mechanic for this long-established classic/ modern sales facility, and world record, achieving restoration business.
About the role:
Due to the growth of the business, another experienced Mechanic is needed to join the team. The bulk of the work will be on classic cars from the 80s and 90s.
However, there will be some work required on more modern sales related stock.
We have a friendly team, your position will be mainly based at Faringdon however, they may be the odd occasion where you will be required at our body shop in East Challow.
The Candidate:
- Level three or equivalent as a minimum
- Five years minimum experience in mechanics
- Fabrication works desirable but could be taught
- Any paint work skills desirable but could be taught
