We are looking for HR advisors to join our team, this role is for an experienced HR professional who can support client ER and HR requests, can advise on HR best practice and support for our clients in their day-to-day people projects and management.
The role:
You will be responsible for providing high levels of efficient and accurate HR-related support and advice to our broad and diverse client group and supporting our client teams (pods). Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily running of all client, employee, and delivery activity which can include everything from employee relations, line management support, disciplinary, grievances, redundancy, settlement exits, performance management, culture change, recruitment and talent management (to name a few!).
The Candidate:
- It is paramount that the candidate holds excellent attention to detail.
- Have an interest in people, HR and employment law with a real desire to expand your knowledge and develop your HR career.
- Have previous experience as an advisor or co-ordinator and be interested in moving into a consultancy/advisory role.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities, to think logically and take a pragmatic approach in challenging and diverse situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on client delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative professional environment.
- Ideally some HR accreditations such as CIPD or Human Resources Management (looking to study, currently studying or successfully achieved)
