Job Title: Executive Assistant (French Speaking)

Location: London (Euston)

Salary: 30,000 – £33,000 + benefits

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

Are you an experienced assistant?

They are looking for an executive assistant to join their EA team in the London office and provide high quality personal and administrative assistance to the Leadership and their teams.

The main assistant duties will include calendar management, event management, making travel arrangements and providing functional support to the team. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, organised, meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

This role is a unique opportunity to combine typical executive assistant duties with business support across multiple countries. The candidate should be able to work effectively across country / cultural boundaries.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years previous executive assistant experience
  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft products and able to pick up new systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great people management skills
  • Approachable and a great team player
  • Able to work under minimal or no supervision
  • Trustworthy and discreet
  • Problem solving skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Adaptability, flexibility, resilience
