Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £16,000 – £20,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Thursday 09.00 am – 17.30 pm. Fridays are 09.00 am to 17.00 pm)

Main Duties will include:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage Director’s calendars/diary and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintain office supplies; Stationery and Sundries
- Gather pricing and compile comparison quotes for Stationery, Sundries, Utilities, Insurance, Service providers and any other miscellaneous requirements for the business or Royds Hall.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Meet & Greet Outside Visitors Ensure visitor greeting uploaded to Reception screen, Reception fridge maintained and Area always fully stocked.
- Vehicle and equipment sign out to staff
The skill-set required to be successful in this post include:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
