Job Title: Estimator – Construction / Fitout
Location: Tamworth, B79
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + pension + profit share + car allowance

The Company:
DRC Property Ltd. We are a construction company who specialise in retail and hospitality fitouts and have been in business for 11yrs with several established Clients which include Nando’s, McDonald’s, WHSmith, McColls and others. We are looking to grow the business further with the existing clients and explore new sectors.
The Position:
We are currently recruiting an estimator from a construction/ fitout background who has a minimum 3 years’ experience within retail/ hospitality and various commercial sectors. You will be responsible for all aspects of the estimating process, liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and clients, attending sites, analysing quotes and preparing tenders
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing all aspects of the estimating process for construction/ fitout projects
- Working across retail, hospitality, and various commercial sectors
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Attending sites, analysing quotes and preparing tenders
The Candidate:
- Proven track record as an estimator or senior estimator within the construction, retail and various commercial sectors
- Strong communication, interaction, and negotiation skills
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Team player
- Full UK driving license
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
