Job Title: Engagement Manager

The Role:
HAYNE is currently recruiting for a full-time Engagement Manager to join our growing Professional Services team. As well as ongoing personal development and support, this role comes with a basic salary of £45k to £50k (subject to experience), plus pension, healthcare, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays and the day off for your birthday), free onsite parking and other benefits. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, your time will be spent working from home and the office (on a weekly basis).
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Managing projects end-to-end from initiating the project, to project planning, execution, control and closing the project once all the identified agreed scope of work is implemented
- Engaging key project stakeholders – working closely with internal and external stakeholders ranging from customer Subject Matter Experts through to C Suite executives
- Ownership and delivery of Design Documents, Statement of Works, Project Plans, Risk Logs and Change Control documentation
- Efficiently delegating tasks to the project teams, organising internal schedules, and reporting progress to senior managers, both internal and external
- Organising different types of projects, from net new installations to existing customer technical upgrades and development requirements
- Approving timesheets and invoices, reconciling back to project plans and budget
- Helping to track internal resource utilisation, enabling resource and revenue forecasting
- Resolving issues that may impact service quality and escalating to internal and /or customer senior management when required
The Candidate:
- Prince2 Foundation qualification is a minimum requirement (or an industry recognised equivalent)
- Hands-on experience of managing projects, ideally CPM, ERP systems or similar
- Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate internal and externals teams, who have varying skills and roles within a project
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, working to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Proactive, highly motivated and willing to take ownership of the delivery of projects across different software vendors
- Excellent attention to detail when processing data for invoice approval, reports and forecasts
- Experience in a finance role (desired)
- Advanced Word and Excel skills (desired)
