Employee Relations Partner – Maternity cover
Location: Oxford
Salary: Grade 6: £29,614.00 to £35,326.00 with a discretionary range to £38,587.00
Job type: Maternity Cover. The position is full-time, funded by the Department and fixed term until 31 October 2023.
The Nuffield Department of Medicine (NDM), HR Centres of Excellence are seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide maternity leave cover.
The Role:
As Employee Relations Partner you will be the first point of contact for Business Managers, frontline managers and employees for employment issues. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and Head of HR for NDM, you will provide best practice HR advice and support on all aspects of employee relations including; HR policies and processes, terms and conditions of employment, and the management of change.
Candidate Requirements:
You will be CIPD level 5 (Diploma/Certificate) qualified and hold Associate CIPD membership, with demonstrable previous HR experience obtained in an academic environment, with a thorough and up-to-date practical knowledge of employment law, specifically in the ER arena; Strong influencing skills with the ability to critically analyse complex situations and recommend effective ER solutions.
