About You
- Do you have 6 months experience in apprenticeship or graduate recruitment?
- Are you an excellent communicator who is happy to talk to both small and large groups?
- Are you a flexible, team-oriented individual eager to develop?
- Can you travel for university events?
- Do you have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above?
The Role
You will be part of the Emerging Talent Team, working closely with the Emerging Talent Manager and other Officer, as well as the General Recruitment and HR teams. In this role, you will play a crucial role in candidate attraction, selection and onboarding.
You will;
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for graduates and apprentices.
- Develop relationships with universities and implement attraction strategies.
- Arrange and conduct interviews.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at recruitment fairs and other events.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ensuring diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Salary – £26,000- £28,000 p/a (DOE)
- Working Hours -8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday
- Hybrid Working – after probation, 3/2 model.
- Holidays – 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days PLUS a day off for your birthday after 2 years’ service
