The Position:
Are you a qualified Electrician? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Electrician to join our growing team at PSC Electrical.
Here at PSC Electrical we have a broad variety of electrical works which always keep the job exciting and refreshing. With a mix of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial works, there is always room for learning and progressing yourself as an individual. We are also MCS registered and take on solar work too.

Key Responsibilities:
The work is varied in nature and includes but is not limited to:
- PAT testing
- Fault finding and rectifying breakdowns
- Fuse board installations
- EICR’s
- Full and partial re-wires
- Installation of electrical products (smoke alarms, extractor fans etc)
The Candidate:
- Be able to understand and interpret work instructions, drawings and schematic diagrams
- Competent and have a good working knowledge of testing and inspection
- Previous experience carrying out periodic installation reports along with fault finding
- Minimum NVQ level 3, fully conversant with the current IEE Wiring Regulations and have BS 7671 to 18th Edition
- Must have experience of working in domestic, commercial and industrial environments
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Good communication skills
- Well-presented and punctual
- Ability to work comfortably in a team
- Passionate and focused about their work
- Confident when working to deadlines and ability to work well when under pressure
- You live within the Borough of Croydon or surrounding areas as this is where the majority of jobs are
- You need to have a valid full clean UK Driving Licence and you must be willing to travel within London and the M25
- You will be required to be ‘on call’ for Emergency Call Outs once every four weeks (Monday to Sunday)
- Valid CSCS or ECS Card and Asbestos training (desirable)
