Job Title: ECommerce, Marketing, and Social Media Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital and eCommerce Management: The primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance the digital and eCommerce aspects of Delicioso. This includes managing the company’s online presence and sales channels.
- Marketing: The role involves working on various digital marketing strategies, content creation and campaigns, which could include social media marketing, email marketing, and more.
- eCommerce Growth: The candidate is expected to contribute to the growth and profitability of Delicioso’s eCommerce business, with a focus on driving online sales through various channels. .
- Website Optimization: This involves optimizing the company’s website, including tasks like improving SEO (Search Engine Optimization), managing content, and maintaining product listings.
- Amazon Management: The administrator will oversee the company’s presence on Amazon, which includes product listings, order fulfilment, and marketplace strategy.
- Assist in providing good customer service when necessary to ensure delivery of outstanding service, processing orders and invoicing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in maintaining WordPress-based eCommerce websites
- Proficiency with Amazon and its operations
- Strong general computer skills, which are valuable for assisting with various business-related software
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce, digital marketing, content creation and online sales
- Familiarity with SEO, content management, and product listing optimisation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to work
