The role:
Reporting into The Head of Marketing, this is the role for someone loyal, passionate and looking to make an impact. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively oversee all Websites and E-commerce platforms – always looking for ways to drive growth and optimise performance.
The individual will work closely with all teams across the business including Marketing, Product, Sales, Purchasing and Production.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement effective digital advertising campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Manage both Vendor and Seller Central Amazon accounts effectively to meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Maintain multiple company websites with all activities including product uploading, stock management, order processing, customer service, and coordinate with other departments to ensure delivery windows are met and to maintain positive brand awareness.
- Proactively look for additional E-commerce opportunities, such as eBay, taking ownership for set up and ensuring effective management.
- Collect and analyse all available data to make informed decisions to optimise performance.
- Implement new marketplace features based on previous experience.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop Amazon A+ content and brand stores.
- Proactively research and present ideas and analysis for bi-monthly website meetings.
- Set up promotions on the websites, action changes, and manage the upkeep and UX of the sites, via the effective use of coding.
- Create and maintain the new corporate company website.
- Manage the eventual successful transition of one company website from Wix to Shopify.
- Monitor and update promotional activity in line with our scheduling calendar.
- Draw insight from analytical and keyword tools to optimise performance.
- Produce monthly advertising and sales analysis reports.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned across all e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to highlight opportunities.
- Ensure all marketplaces are managed efficiently and maintained to a high standard.
- Contribute to wider Marketing Team meeting discussions.

- Be highly organised, analytical, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and ‘outside the box’ approaches across all digital platforms.
- Have knowledge of implementing SEO in copy to ensure visibility.
- Demonstrate Mailchimp capabilities.
Must haves:
- At least 1 years’ previous use of Amazon sales channels in a business capacity
- Experience using Shopify
- Be able to demonstrate proven sales growth using data and tailored advertising campaigns
- Coding knowledge
