Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday)

Main Duties will include:

  • Develop engaging, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts
  • Assist with launching campaigns across multiple channels (both digital and traditional) and analysing the success of campaigns and activities.
  • Analyse campaigns to measure follower growth, engagement, reach and influence Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising and SEO
  • Create awareness and interest within audiences, driving traffic to engage with digital content
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Photo and video editing expertise and Designing software
  • Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
  • Create and execute graphics, create illustrations and digital images.
  • Design graphics, emails, and communications
  • Social media experience, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • A willingness to do a hands on, varied role and a passion to play a key role in the business

The skill-set required to be successful in this post include:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, or significant experience of working in a digital marketing role.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice
  • Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong creativity and out of the box thinking for the development of engagement strategies
  • Experience with developing Direct Mail, collateral, signage and similar local tactics
  • Ability to analyse and leverage market data and competitor activity
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
