Under relatively new ownership, the Bank is growing rapidly. It is fast becoming the go-to Bank for the evangelical church in the UK who want to ensure their money is used for Kingdom purposes.
Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing and Business Development team at our offices in Beeston, Nottingham. The nature of this role is such that there is an Occupational Requirement for the successful applicant to be a committed Christian.
The Bank is a close-knit and hard-working team of around 50 people. About the role:
We’re looking for a proven marketing leader to amplify the Bank’s reach and profile amongst UK evangelical churches, charities and Christians.
As a seasoned marketer, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge and skills against a broad range of marketing disciplines with a particular specialism in digital channels. You will be a capable leader and able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Collaboration will be key as you seek to serve departmental business needs and marketing objectives.
You’ll be committed to learning, growing and developing your craft, both as a leader and as a marketing practitioner.

Hours of Employment:
37 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
