Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead
Location: Solihull – Hybrid working (must be able to commute to the office 2-3 days per week)

Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours, Mon – Fri, 08:30 hrs – 17:30 hrs)

To have key responsibilities within the communications team for the planning and implementation of the sales-i marketing communications strategy, with the ultimate aims of generating leads and nurturing customers.

The role:
- To champion the sales-i brand
- Increase the number of MQLs and SQLs
- Increase the number of demonstrations driven by marketing
- Support the retention of current customers
- To positively influence agreed internal KPIs
- To support fellow members of the team
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To be the first point of contact for digital elements of marketing output
- To direct the ongoing maintenance and development of the company website and continually monitor and improve performance
- Be the go-to person for our HubSpot marketing automation software, managing workflows, lists, segmentation, email and landing page templates
- Co-ordinate and create digital elements of the following:
- Internal & external newsletters
- Email campaigns
- Blogs
- Training materials
- Surveys
- Landing pages
- Social media
- Liaise with external/internal partners around paid for support/advertising
- To manage and deliver consistent use of sales-i brand and on all communication materials
- Involvement in the wider range of outputs of the team
Key Working Relationships:
- Support colleagues in marketing & communications team
- All departments within the company and all levels of staff from apprentice to C-level executives
- External agencies, suppliers and partners (tech, buying groups and associations)
The Candidate:
- Demonstrable marketing environment experience
- Professional marketing qualification preferable, but not essential
- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation and HubSpot software
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5/CSS
- Advanced knowledge and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, scheduling, organizing, briefing, prioritizing workflows and time management
