Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire (2 days WFH)
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We have grown as a result of our unique approach to marketing and retention strategies. Operating through multiple brands in the United Kingdom, the company offers a range of insurance products and has insured over 8 million UK travellers.
Due to the growth in digital and data capabilities within the organisation, an exciting new role has opened up to join the Marketing team to own our digital marketing. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can grow with us as we look to shake up the market.
The Role:
You will be part of a small team of subject experts, allowing you the opportunity to make this role your own and grow within the business. You’ll need to be as confident taking ownership of tasks as working on projects as part of a larger multidisciplinary team.
This is a hands-on role and requires the right individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and is willing to continuously learn and adapt. A passion to learn is highly important in this role, with the company offering numerous personal development opportunities including qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Key Duties:
- To manage and optimise our paid marketing activities, including Adwords and programmatic
- To implement A/B testing strategies and marketing automations
- To deliver accurate reporting for campaign and website activities
- To manage technical SEO for the group websites
- To improve digital optimisation across the websites, with an emphasis on increasing engagement and conversion rates
- To assist the Brand Marketing Manager with the growth of our loyalty club
About you
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of digital marketing
- Experience working with digital marketing measurement and reporting tools
- Strong and demonstrable capability to build and measure digital campaign success
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Able to manage multiple projects with the flexibility to change priorities as and when needed
Desirable:
- Previous experience working with a loyalty scheme, or in a regulated environment
- Programming language skills, in particular HTML, CSS & SQL
- Ability to utilise graphics editing tools such as Photoshop
