Humberside Engineering Training Association HETA is a rapidly expanding Group Training Association (GTA) with training centres in Hull, Stallingborough and Scunthorpe. HETA provide engineering apprentices and adult skills training for hundreds of companies in Yorkshire and Humberside.
Competitive salary and benefits package which includes 38 days holiday, a generous pension scheme and private health care. HETA is now looking to recruit a forward thinking digital marketeer to join our Sales and Marketing team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of digital marketing within the HETA group, to reach across the Humber region and beyond with duties including but not limited to:
- Contribute towards and implement a digital marketing strategy that utilises a range of media platforms that will increase stakeholder engagement across the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
- Lead on and work with other key staff on a range of activities that result in a continued interest in application to HETA for apprenticeships and commercial courses.
- Coordination of all marketing activities ensure a consistent on-brand message is delivered across both digital and non-digital platforms
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven marketing experience
- An excellent working knowledge of the use of social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Full driving licence
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills inc. written, oral, email and telephone
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to meet challenging targets and thrive under pressure
- Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change
