About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day fundraising administration and operations. Working within the Development team you will provide administrative support with a particular focus on our membership programme, individual giving, and corporate engagement, and working on projects as required. This is a great time to join Bletchley Park Trust and this role will provide you the opportunity to learn about fundraising and sponsorship within this iconic wartime site.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be comfortable managing routine tasks and be able to multi-task as required. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to listen to and assist others. You will also be committed to providing outstanding customer service, be highly proficient in MS Office and have some database experience.
Working hours:
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support with ad hoc out of hours / weekend working if required.
You will be based on site at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes (MK3 6EB).
Benefits:
The salary is £24,350.00 per annum, rising to £25,350.00 per annum post probation.
