Job Title: Data Entry & Accounts Administrator

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
We are a family owned business that has been established in the recycling industry since 1869. Now a leading integrated service provider, we offer an extensive range of recycling services, solutions and equipment that are tailored to suit our clients’ recycling needs.
We’re currently looking for someone to join our team in Camford who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entered before processing for month end and assisting with credit control and other finance related tasks.
About the role:
- Creating new customer accounts
- Entering data and amending price records
- Running and owning the month end billing process
- Assist with credit control sending out statements
- Assist the customer department
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner
About you:
- A problem solver with the ability to take responsibility to act on own initiative and part of a team where required.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with accurate attention detail.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Customer focused.
